Hey everyone! I kinda had an awful few days since I last updated. I was sick in bed – headache, earache, sore throat, cold. So I stayed in bed the entire day, drinking water and juices. I took a paracetamol tablet and slept for an entire afternoon.
And what do you know… by nighttime, I was feeling so much better. All I needed was bed rest to let antibodies do its work and help get me back on my feet. And in spite of the sore throat, I drank cold water. It somehow helped numb the pain and soreness. I know that some may disagree with me about drinking cold water. But it works for me.

The blog has been relatively active lately, and I am even more motivated to shake things up and bring the blog to a new level.
I noticed, however, that there are very few comments on my entries. Oh I know, I know. Most of the entries are how-to articles and very few posts are open-ended enough to encourage discussion. I understand that.
So, I have decided to give love to visitors who comment. How?

Following the great news about my girlfriend’s pregnancy and the great joy of sharing the great news with friends and relatives, was the realisation that things would dramatically change from now on for both of us.
It didn’t take more than a few weeks until I started witnessing those changes on my partner’s body, mood and behaviour and I thought to make a list of what is “normal behaviour” for women during pregnancy. I did a lot of research because I would like to make sure she wasn’t one out of a million cases, and after I talked to other guys who have already had gone through that experience, I was assured that everything was pretty normal.
