I remember when I was in grade school, my mom used to have my school uniforms monogrammed. Even my handkerchiefs were monogrammed.

I used to like monograms. I remember the serviettes we used at home when my mom was still alive. Every single one of them were monogrammed. To be honest I didn’t know what they really were for. I mean, we don’t even bring those serviettes out of the house. LOL. I just missed the point back then. Still, I found them cute

Then came personalized items.

While Summer is almost over for us here in the Philippines, our friends in the Northern hemisphere are just getting geared up for theirs. I’m pretty sure fellow parents are busy getting arrangements for family vacations (going out of state to see Branson attractions or to sunny Florida) or even summer camp for the kids.

To make your trip as enjoyable as possible, take the time to plan some precautionary measures.

I was sorting my freshly laundered clothes the other day. My son was in the room with me, playing with his cars. We kept to ourselves, doing our own things until my son came to me with two pieces of clothing and said, “What’s this?”

He was holding two of my lingerie in his hands.

My son is almost four years old – that age when toddlers ask so many questions. And I mean SO MANY. So I composed my self, and said, “Those are mommy-daddy clothes”. There. I didn’t need to explain so much. Off the hook.

I then realized that I haven’t tackled lingerie in this blog yet. Well, how to clean them. So here are some tips in cleaning those delicate “mommy-daddy clothes”.
