See that photo on the left? What a beautiful eye, huh? But there is one thing that most of us dread that certainly ruins our otherwise beautiful, expressive eyes – dark circles.

No one wants to have those dark circles under their eyes. Some of you may have exhausted yourselves going to and from the pharmacy, the nearest beauty shop just to find the best under eye cream to help you get rid of those unsightly dark circles.

Today, I would like to share with you some ways which can help reduce or even get rid of the dark circles under your eyes.

Get enough sleep. This is the simplest thing you can do against those dark circles. I can personally vouch for this. I used to sleep only five or six hours a night, and just have a nap during those boring early afternoons. I thought that maybe an additional hour of sleep will sort of add up. LOL. Sure, nap time can certainly be rejuvenating, but the best is actually sleeping 8 hours straight!

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. It’s not only hydrating your under eye using creams, but what I really mean is for you to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. I know it’s tough. I personally am having a hard time with 8 glasses. LOL. But yes, drinking adequate volume of water each day will help.

Try this natural mask. Grind a raw potato and add some almost paste into it. Blend them well. Use it like you would an under eye cream. Let it stay on for 30 minutes and rinse.

And of course, the ever so popular cucumber. A slice of cucumber on top of each of your eyes will help relax the blood vessels on your upper and lower eyelids.
