Getting a flat tire is not to be dismissed as inconsequential circumstance when you are driving. Sure, there are times when it IS just a flat tire, but it can be so much more. A flat tire can lead to a serious life-threatening accident.
I remember a friend getting involved in an accident due to a flat tire. Thank goodness he wasn’t hurt, but his car was (he needed to have a look at car insurance quotes after that).
Are you willing to take that risk to yourself and your property? Of course not!
So today I would like to share with you some things that will help you when you get a flat tire on the road.

On Saturday, February 27, United Concordia Dental partners is partnering with Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield and Kanawha Valley Dental Society to provide free dental services to 200 children in West Virginia.
“Nationally, more than 108 million children and adults do not have dental coverage,” said Dr. Jerome Blum, United Concordia Dental’s corporate dental director. “By partnering with groups such as Kanawha Valley Dental Society and Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield, we are helping provide essential dental health services to children and adults in need.”
The kids will receive free dental screenings from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The venue is at Bible Center Church, 1111 Oakhurst Drive, Charleston, W.V. What about follow-up care, you may ask? Well, the kids who will need after care will be referred to local dentists who will provide that care at no cost in their private dental offices.
During the event, the importance of good oral hygiene will be discussed to the children; proper brushing and flossing techniques will also be shared.
“United Concordia takes very seriously our responsibility to help the communities we serve,” said Woodrow Greene, United Concordia’s community outreach coordinator. “We believe that strategic, socially responsible initiatives create strong and vibrant communities.”

Now this one’s for the men (well, it could be for the ladies, too, if you look at the picture).
As usual, I was poking around Google News typing random phrases that come into my head, like fat loss supplements, dementia and smelly feet when I came across an article under MSN’s Health and Fitness section.
Look at that beefcake on the photo on the right. Yum! It’s one of the photos on the MSN article illustrating a 30-minute workout routine that will help you find those washboard abs.
Then again, it’s really not easy to do, working out. But it is doable. With a lot of body aches and pains and dedication and diet.
But as for me, I’m content to look at the photos on the article.
